WORST Spur Experience ever

Good day.

I need to lodge a complaint and need contact details for the owner of Burning Spear Spur Bloemfontein the manager and staff don't want to give it to us.

I did speak to the manager of this particular restaurant but still wasn't satisfy.

I did a booking for a kids birthday party online on the 27th of October 2019 for Saterday 14 December 2019. Received the reservation sms and confirmed telephonically on 11th of December 2019 @ 13:19 with Kgele if everything was in order and booked and ready. My nabours came over that afternoon to check if we still holding the party because they also wanted to hold their kids party at Spur with no pre reservation at 9 o'clock on the same day as us. And said they were in the restaurant to book and didnt see our name in the booking book. So i called again that afternoon 11 December 2019 @ 17:58 after they left and was assured my booking is done and ready for us. I received a call from Spur the morning of 14th December 2019 @ 8:59 confirming if we still going which i advised them yes everything is set and we will be arriving at 11 as scheduled, booked and confirmed numerous times. We arrived at 10:57 just to find that our nabours that only booked 3 days before are occuping our table and that there are no tables availible outside for us. Standing their in the entrance with guests arriving and all the party decorations, cake... Only to be told sorry we are trying to open a table for you guys and sorry but i (manager) did not do your booking Kgele did and it was her weekend off. Not only did this happend the service was poor, the waiters scares and we ende up walking and searching for them to take orders and to serve our table. They couldn't bill the parrents bills separately because according to the waiter its to difficult to do so for them. We only ended up eating at 14:00 and most guests left without eating and me ending up paying for their drinks to apologize and at least they only had one drink the entire time due to unavailable waiter. Not only was my kids party dramatic and my kid unhappy and uncertain if he will have his party but also are we know furious nabours!!!

This is unexceptable for me as a parent and client.

I would really like to speak to the owner Spur and have this matter sorted out urgently.
