Worst spur experience ever

<p>After waiting 35 minutes in a queue last night to eat for the first time at this Spur, we had the worst experience. We ordered the chili poppers and buffalo wings like we usually do, which was dry and served with different sauces which were incompatible with the starters. The waitress didn't bother asking us if we wanted spicy wings. She took our order and left for 10 minutes then came back to recite the order incorrectly. We waited incredibly long for both starters and main meal. We usually eat at Spur on Mondays at least twice a month and have never experienced issues until last night. The main meal took over 20 minutes and was not served as listed in the menu. The classic hot dog was served on a roll with no sauces (the menu says it comes with tomato and mustard sauce). When we asked the waitress about the sauce it took her 10 minutes to resolve and all she did was bring a bottle of tomato sauce and mustard and slam it on the table and walk away. The mustard was expired!! After this we decided to rather leave and take away our food, we paid at the front counter, while paying the waitress walked away and just left us standing there. So we had to print the receipt ourselves and leave, cause she was no where to be seen. The service was pathetic and unacceptable. The waitress behavior was shocking and pathetic!! Really disappointed and a waste of our money!!</p>
