Worst Spur Experience - Arapaho Spur Menlyn

Arapaho Spur in Menlyn Mall is the worst Spur I have ever visited! Firstly, when we came in they girls at the door are chatting to each other and not welcoming us. And then downstairs was full so some small rude clueless girl with braids took us upstairs to the smoking area. Then we ask why take us to the smoking area while the whole area upstairs is empty, she rep**** saying the other area will be opened the next day??? She then took our order and doesn't even ask how we would like our meat (etc. BBQ, durky).....when we enquire about the drinks, she sighs and tells us by force how we should take our drinks. She was very rude and disrespectful but because we are matured, we didn't want to start something. We told her to bring the drinks when the meals comes but she sends some friendly guy to bring them anyways. The meal came very late, I didn't also get the garlic roll I ordered, the onion rings were so dry, and the wings were tiny. When we were about to pay, she totally disappeared until we ourselves called this other friendly guy to help us pay and leave. This was the worst Spur experience I have ever had and I will never set my foot there again. I am a regular customer at other Spur Steak Ranches and I dearly love other Spur Ranches except for Arapaho. That dumb illiterate girl is lucky that I somehow lost my till slip. When we finally left, the door chatters were still chatting....what a suprise😮💨
