Worst Spur Experience

My wife and I always visit Grand Canyon Spur in Pinetown for their good food , good service and a good experience. Today I was counting down the seconds till I leave that place. The waiter was rude, she arrives at the table (we were ready to order) she offers us time to think without even taking our drinks orders first, I asked for a castle draught, she gives me a castle lite, when tell her I asked for a castle draught she give me attitude and tells me they offer the castle lite 440 as a draught. Does that even make any sense? She dumps the food and didn't check on us while we sitting with empty glasses. When I asked for the bill she bring it and stands next to me with a credit card machine, I ask her to give me a minute to settle the bill, she gets angry and doesn't come back, we had to ask a waiter passing by to assist. It take one bad experience to ruin a good restaurant. That waiter acted as if she has never been trained on customer service.
