Worst Spur Experience

On Tuesday the 16 June me and hubby decided to treat the kids to a movies thereafter supper. We got to Spur were seated and our order was taken by a friendly waiter named Musa. after taking our order Musa returns telling us that they have run out of mushroom sauce and that they don't have coke in the store. so we agree to have another sauce and other cold drinks . our meal arrives and as my hubby cuts into his steak he looks at me and says see its raw. he ordered a medium steak on a hot plate the hot plate was cold and the steak was raw. calling the manager he agrees to take the steak back and we then wait for a full 30 mins before my hubby's meal comes by then the kids were crabby and tired so my hubby says he will take it as a take away and we paid and left.<br> <br> Spur knew that tuesday was a public holiday shouldn't they have made proper arrangements to stock all sauces as well as the cold drinks.<br> <br> <br> <br>
