Worst Spur ever

I visited the Spur in Cavendish Square a couple of weeks ago and the service was poor but I thought that they were just having a "bad day".. I visited the spur again last night. It was probably the most depressing dining experience I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.

So we entered and seated. We were then ignored for about 15 minutes. We managed to get a waiter who took our drinks and meals.. 15 minutes later we get the Cooldrinks.. After having repeatedly asking for it... My girlfriend gets her order another 30 minutes later... After asking for it.. I am told that my order will be given in a minute.. My girlfriends chicken was overcooked and mushroom sauce was less.. Manager gave more sauce... 3/4 way through her meal, my dinner is served. My sweet potato fries were cold and dripping in oil.. But I was hungry to I shut up and ate.. Onion rings were pathetic but manager on duty replaced it.. She also told us how useless the kitchen staff were and how they dont listen to her but to her credit, she did try. I also had a call from the store this morning and honestly I don't really think that much is changing.. This branch is not just giving poor service.. It is decimating brand loyalty... Ps.. I wasn't the only customer complaining that evening.
