Worst spur ever

So its my birthday today and we went shopping and stopped at Santa Rosa Spur corner of Jean Avenue and Gerhard street Centurion for lunch. No o e at the door, no waiters to show us to a table. After time pasaed I saw a person at the reception desk, got up, asked for a waiter, was told to sit down abd someone wil come, 20 minutes later a waiter paased us by, we stopped her, she doesnt have a pen. We waited longer, she didn't come back. We got upand walked out. At the kitchen I asked for the manager, i thanked him and him it was the best birthday i ever had.
