WORST SPUR EVER

We went to spur yesterday evening but it was the worst experience ever. On arrival there was not enough seating thus we waited for two tables to open as we were eight adults and one kid, cramped up setting first of all, the restaurant was extremely warm inside, no fans nor air-cons. We then placed an order by the waiter Andrew for our drinks as well as food, when we received the drinks it was warm and out of gas, returned it and waited extremely long for the replacements, we chose a milkshake in place of the one cool drink where even the milkshake was not cold, mostly milk and no ice cream, we had to put ice blocks in it to actually enjoy it. We then received our food which was also a disappointment, even the onion rings was soggy.The kiddies meal only came after all the adults food was almost finished, how do you explain that to a 6 year old child?We also had desert which the ice creams was completely melted. Then after paying, the waiter had taken his own R20 tip from the change of our bill with NO authorization. <br> This was by far the worst spur we went to and after all, this is a fully halaal spur and thats the reason we went there. Golden Feather Vangate spur is by far the best
