Worst service in a long time

<p>We decided to go to the spur offer the 2 oceans and a night ten pin bowling. Placed our orders for starters and mains at the same time. Once our starters had been cleared we waited for 40 minutes before asking a passing manager where our waitress was. We then waited another 10 minutes before she arrived with 3 of our 4 meals. The nachos had no quacamole, the one onion rings looked soggy and the other was cold. I was then approached by another manager to say my meal was not completed as they were out of baked potato. I said to replace with chips. All 3 of the chips looked like they had just been boiled and the quacamole that arrived was just unripe pieces of avo. Needless to say we just got the bill and left although we were all really looking forward to desert.</p>
