worst service from staff and manager!

I was at Soneiker Spur in Kuilsriver with my husband and family on Saturday past. We were a table of 12 going for breakfast. We had two waiters, one was drunk and the other a joker. We waited over 40 minutes for breakfast and got meals in stages! We got a steak before eggs! Tables who came in long after us got food before us! There were three kids, one got her food and the other two had to wait another 20 minutes, moaning and hungry!! Pathetic!!! The manager pushed the blame on a waiter in training who wasn't suposed to serve our table, yet she was right there watching! After complaining 5 times we still waited another 20 minutes for food and then we got the wrong food! For eggs, bacon and toast! The manager could not even look us in the face or say goodbye as we left! This was by far the worst experience ever and we will never go back there again!
