worst service

Went to Spur Brave Hawk in Norkem park corner to celebrate a birthday ,found the has poor service , entered the premises and the was no welcome greeting nor a waitress to chaperon me to the table , instead i was ignored bluntly as they continued to have their conversation in the front with no care , had to ask a waitress coming from the back to direct me . ****tails where not just dashed up no garnish , one waiter worked on a lot of tables making hard to bring orders on time , ****tails where deemed finished and substitutes where just not up to standard at all , the onion rings looked like tired noodles , one waitress went into the toilet with her dish cloth hanging from her trouser as though its ok. the is no baby room one has to change diaper on the floor . the waiter on our table tried his best to assist .
