Worst service ever

Last night (09/09/2020) we decided as a family to go too n1 city branch. We got there and our temperature was taken and filled in the forms to go in and was placed at our table. After some time not one waiter came to our table to take our drinks order and we waved down the so called manager who then took our orders. Not writing anything down he got our drinks wrong after the whole tray fell. We then had to wait for for over 30 minutes for a waiter to place our food orders again by the manager and then almost 45 minutes for the food. When the food came most of the food was cold and had to be sent back to be warmed up again while the rest ate the cold food as they were too hungry. So disappointed in the customer service we got. Honestly the last time we would set foot in that place.
