Worst service ever

Today my wife and i visited the spur in Promenade mall to celebrate our sons 5th birthday which was the worst mistake of our lives, firstly as we stood first in line the waiter ignored us for close to 20 min sitting people behind us up till a point were i complained and the reason i was given was "oh sorry i though someone helped you, i sat those people because i know them they work in the mall" the manager came to hear why im complaining and said absolutely nothing not even apologize just looked at me ( the waiter at least apologized) after that the waiter by the name of Precisely gave us by far the worst service i have ever received from Spur, decided to give our kids whatever he felt they should drive without asking us, didnt ask what sides we wanted for our food then brought it 45 min later, then left us with dirty plates in our table for close to 20 minutes while we wait , literally told us he is bringing the bill even though we wanted dessert. Thank you for ruining my sons 5th birthday Spur .
