Worst Service Ever!

On Sunday 27/03/2016, I went to have lunch at Canal Walk Spur - we were 4 adults and 4 kids. Firstly we had to ask for the colouring pages for the kids, I grew up going to Spur myself and that's the first things that one does not need to ask for. Anyway we left after 3hours, still did not get them. The waiter was just walking passed us, attending to other tables. When the food came, the sauce bottles were empty - we had to wait another 15mins for them to bring us refilled bottles! If that was not enough - he brought a family opposite to our table WITH colouring books. Maybe they were white but I would not know... We had to remind him every time he walked past us for our drinks. While we were waiting for dessert, he came with another waiter to say he was leaving he would take over.<br> <br> The new waiter was a pleasure to have however a pleasure too late.<br> <br> We understood it's school holidays and month end BUT service should be retained throught, regardless of peak days.<br> <br> Disappointed!
