WORST SERVICE EVER

I booked a table for 6 for this morning for my team as an incentive for work well done. When we got there they had not made our booking. we wanted specifically to sit outside due to having smokers in the team. they were unable to assist us, people were seated outside who did not have a booking, and the manager confirmed she did not make the booking. we waited 15 minutes to eventually be seated then another 15 minutes just to get our coffee. this was suppose to be a morning of fun but everybody was extremely irritated and the manager confirmed she can only seat us inside. How is this resolving our problem when we had a booking. this was horrible service received. nobody knew what happened to our booking although i have it on a recorded call. i always go to the spur with my family but in Bellville, and our offices are so close to spur but this spur will never again see me or my team members. Being in a customer service industry this was the worst ever.
