Worst service EVER !

My family and I visited the coast this weekend for a long awaited family holiday, during our time there we all looked forward to the Saturday night we were going to spend at Suncoast Casino. Upon arrival we made the obvious choice of choosing Spur as the place we wanted to eat as its a family favorite, or at least was. The restaurant was a bit busy so we waited about 20 minutes to be seated, which was fine as we were a party of 16 people. After being seated we wasted no time in ordering as we were all extremely hungry as the drive to Suncoast from Uvongo was over an hour and 30 minutes. After placing our orders we started chatting and laughing as a family does while waiting for our meals. Time began to pass first 20 than 30 than 40 and than 50 minutes and still no food. After querying we were told its on its way and yes the first meal had arrived, an hour hour after ordering. So obviously everyone assumed the meals were on the way. Boy were we wrong another 10 minutes passed before the next persons meal arrived and so the night continued. We sat down for supper at 19:55 when the last of our 16 meals arrived it was 21:47. We all basically ended up eating alone. NOT HAPPY SPUR !!!
