Worst Service ever

On the evening of the 16/12/2017 I took my family out for a nice supper at spur and was very disappointed. The service I received was so poor and had to constantly look around and wave for a waiter. The manager did not do his/her rounds on the floor as at any other spur and the funny thing is that spur was not that full. We had to constantly remind the waiter of additional things we had ordered which she forgot and with ordering my son a box juice it was extremely hot I then requested a new and the waiter gives me attitude about it.

Never again will Apache Spur Steak Ranch see me and my family and this after spending R800.
