Worst service ever

i am sitting at spur for the past 45 minutes and still haven't received my meal. I have a 16 month old child who is hungry, how do I explain this to her. There is currently a conference here and I can't understand why Spur couldn't cater appropriately. Worst ever, never recommend Spur to anybody. All it takes is 1 store to put a bad taste in your mouth
