Worst Service Ever

Good day.I have been a customer at the Spur in Somerset Mall for as long as they have been in existence and always enjoyed going there, until Monday 9 March 2015. This was the worst service and attitude I have ever been treated with at any restaurant. A friend and I went to grab a bite to eat lunch time at about 14:10 placed our order for drinks and meals as we arrived. Following our arrival 2 ladies who arrived about 10mins after us sat at the table behind us and then placed their order. These two ladies clearly were friends with a Manager as they stood chatting about his wife. Their food then arrived more than 10mins before ours. This was very disturbing as we all placed orders for burgers, them Rib and us Crumbed chicken. <br> The waitress who originally served us then saw that we were unhappy and got someone else to serve us without letting us know. Not once while eating did we receive any assistance or query as to would we like another cooldrink or how is your meal etc, however the ladies behind us were served well.<br> I then stated that I was unhappy to when going to pay and the new waitress simply ignored my question and became upset when i questioned why this happened.
