worst service ever

My daughters birthday I made a reservation at spur claremont cape town. At 6.30 we sat down and ordered our food by 6.45. Our food finally arrived at 8.15pm cold. We then sent it back only to be served 20 mins later but the incorrect order. It was taken away and 9 mins later returned with my 4th waiter again incorrect. Finally after the 5th attempt our food came almost 3 hours later only to be tild the drinks was on the house. When we paid the bill the drinks wasnt removed and was told we had to pay for it . The manager randy took my name and number not sure what he will be doing with it but I will make sure that ppl kno about their service if this isnt resolves in a proper manner.
