Worst service ever

<p>So on Saturday 04/03/2017 I've decided to take myself and family off 4 to the restaurant the restaurant was not that full at all however I had to wait outside for atleast 30mins before the host came to me firstly no apology or explanation as in why I had to wait that long then she takes me to my table where it was not even cleaned properly as there was sugar on table and papers my grandmother had to clean it besides standing outside I had to wait another 30-35min to meet my waiter as the waiters had a argument as nobody wanted to help the tables in our area I had to stop a waiter to ask if id get service all the managers kept walking past not friendly at all or asking if we have been helped eventually waiter to our order as I explained my frustration in this bad service again I was ignored and continued taking the order then I was told it will come in atleast 20-45mins as they are very busy okey that I understand but I dont think it take 20mins to bring four sodas eventually we got our food and it was cold I continued to jus eat as iv had it with this bad service after all I requested to speak to a manager guess what im still waiting on the manager never ever will I be going to that spur again and this same post will be going to the papers you can be sure of that.</p>
