Worst service ever

<p> Good evening. ...this afternoon after work 8 of our colleagues went for the buy one get one burger special .We decided to go chill there but it was the worst experience ever.We were welcomed at the front nd after that we had to wait for service. After a long while we got a waiter .At first the drinks that was ordered was wrong and than when the food came it was not as per standard.The meat was raw....the rolls was hard.... and the drink that was ordered was not worth the price we paid.Wrong orders was even taken..A manager was called for the drinks but she just said unfortunately she couldn't assist but who else is suppose to assist.The food advertise on the pamphlet was not even the same as on the menu.When we went to pay the bill of R648 the charges of the drink was not even correct. I am ever sorry that we went to this place tonight This is the worst experience ever</p>
