Worst service ever

Worst service ever, I was hosting 2nd birthday party for my son at spur Brits, when I was about to leave I was approached first by a lady "manager" to say party bags to say I won't be getting any party bag.

A guy then came by later to emphasis the fact that I wont be getting any party packs. He was so disrespectful, his body language was so wrong, I felt disrespected as a customer He never even bother to hear my side of story.

Funny enough there was a group hosting near us but they received party bags immediately after I was told I wouldn't be getting any.

I feel offended and disrespected and will never visit spur Brits again.
