Worst service and product quality ever experienced

<p>On the 19/12/2016 is usally burger night at Amarillo spur . which is a usal monday out ritual .</p> <p>once i arrived at amarillo spur we were directed upstairs near the smoking room .no waiter nor management seated us . we had to find our own table. once we were seated one on table 102 a waiter came and took the drinks and meal order .i get that the restuaraunt is busy this time of year .we waited 15 to 20 minutes for 2 burgers .after 15 minutes had passed a second waiter came and informed us that the food will take another 5 minutes .20 minutes for 2 burgers . i recived better service from cappachinos .once the meals arrived at the table the food was cold .but i ate it anyway .tables 103 and 104 left and stood dirty for more than 5 minutes . i get the fact that the restauraunt was busy , but then its the duty of the section manager to inform clientele that the meals will take longer than usual . but its still no excuse for cold burger , pattie from the mexican burger was stone cold ,the baked potato as well .on prevouis visits to amarillo spur the food quality and service was excellent. but tonight was really bad . 4 out of 10 for service and quality .</p>
