Worst service and manager ever at spur gateway mall

Worst service ever received from spur. After waiting for 40 min for a waiter to even come and take our drink order i called another waiter and he just looked at me and walked off. We sat and waited for another 15 min then decided enough is enough. I went to the manager and all he had to say what table number. No apologies or even bothered to ask if he can assist. Clearly spur does not need our business. Very very disappointed in spur!!
