Worst service and management : LONE HAWK SPUR, Lynnwood Pretoria

During October me and my husband and friends went to Lone Hawk Spur (Glenfair, Pretoria) for their breakfast.

When we were seated and ordered 5 bottlems coffees, the waiter brought us dirty cups and used teas****s. He apologized and brought new mugs. We waited almost 40 minutes for our next coffee and to order food. This time the "coffee" was cold, dirty mugs again and the "coffee" looked liked soap water. We didn't even risk trying it. When we ask for the manager, he looked at us and put his hand up to silent us and went to speak to other customers. We were so disappointed and disgusted with this service. We left before the food came. When we got at the till, the manager gave us the bill for the 5 coffees and made us pay for that service and unhygienic sceniory. He didn't even apologize or give discount, no he didn't do anything wrong. We were wrong to complain about soapy coffee and dirty cups and s****s.

Yes because Spur is always right and the customers always wrong.

I grew up with Spur in a small town, was the only restaurant we knew. It's terrible to see how this franchise have gone to the dogs. I hope customers walk out next time without paying for that unhygienic experience! You will definitely not see us again.
