Worst service and food

On the 28th of April I went to Spur in Silverstars casino and the service we got was horrible not to mention the food we were served. Their Eisbein was so hard and burnt when we called the manager he just came and said what do you wanna swap it with without even apologising or anything worse it was my girlfriend’s birthday we had gone there as a family to celebrate. Then I wrote to spur via Facebook to complain then they contacted the Spur in Silverstars we were then contacted by the person named Sello or something like that he said he wants us to come and we will fix it. I contacted him twice and everytime he is not available he tells us to come when he is by the shop.

All I’m saying is Spur Silver stars is the worse to go to rather opt for other restaurants when you visit the Casino. And the so hyped Eisbein rather try it at other spurs not that one 🚮🚮
