Worst Service!

I had brunch with a friend of mine at Spur in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall. From the time we entered we were not greeted the waitresses were busy chatting away then when we were halfway in they came with the menus...we were.not asked where we want to sit but taken to a table we did not even like. We requested another table which we chose. Orders took forever to come we ordered something from the menu and they brought it without onion rings wen we asked about them we we told that that particular meal does not come with the onion rings but what is strange is all the Spurs that we hv been to that particular meal is served with onions rings. Later on the onion rings magicaly appeared in a small plate which was thrown at our table we were even afraid it had been spat on. This is not the first time ive received such appalling service at this Spur infact most people I know dont like it and they prefer the Toledo Spur at Safari tuin because of this disgusting service. I will never go to that Spur again unless the management and staff change their attitude.
