<p>placed an order for delivery and when we received our food there was hair in the food of which we have a picture and we received no cutlery, no sauces the quaity of our food was just terrible.</p> <p>after complaining about this, i received a call from someone tellingme they have issued warnings to the packers and they are sorry?</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not about the packers, you have not been empathetic , you did not offer to replace the meal at all or any form of goodwill gesture. if at management level this is how you resolve issues? then i am disgusted.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
