Worst Service

<p>We went to fetch our youngest daughter at the airport on 17/12/2016. We decided to wait at the Spur for her and eat there with our family for their son's 12th birthday. We waited a while for our food by the time it got there it was cold. After everyone received their food I waited for another 15 minutes. My daughter then got up and had to ask the manager for my food. After 10 minutes they eventually brought my food, it was also ice cold. The waiter also promised to come and sing for the boy's birthday, but they never showed up. After this awful experience I tried to phone the manager Hyno, he however did not answer the phone. This was the worst experience we've ever had at any spur. An international airport with this kind of service is a bad reflection for us as South Africans, we were so disappointed. </p>
