Worst service!

On 03/02/2016 my Partner and I went to Mexico Spur in Canal Walk and we both ordered the It Takes 2 promotion one with wings and the other with a waffle. The wings came and we started digging in and to our dismay we found a chewed bone in our wings! The manager then offered to replace the wings with another starter and we decided to take calamari instead. After a long wait the ribs and calamari eventually came, however only one plate of ribs, for myself, and nothing for my partner. I asked the waiter where my partner`s plate is and he said its on his way. To our suprise my partner was served an empty plate! I proceeded to ask the waiter why my partner is getting an empty plate and he said its because we are sharing??! I then told him that we ordered two meals and he promised to bring the other meal ASAP! More than halfway through my meal, my partner was still was watching me eat! I then decided to complain to manager and at that point there was still no sign of the second meal! We then decided to leave becausw both of our appetites was already spoiled and we had a long drive home! Definetly the worst and most disgusting Spur!
