Worst mothers day lunch ever

What was supposed to be a great mothersday Lunch at spur turned out to be pathetic/disaster.My family members and I, 7people decided to go to bellville reno spur and eat their mothers day lunch 3 course meal.We arrived about 11:45 at spur.Ordered first drinks and then ordered just after 12 our lunch.We waited nd waited before 13:00 my sister enquired why is food taking so long..the waiter rep**** and said they where busy,but yet at the side of the restaurant we where the only patrons.We eventually received our starters after complaining.At 13:20 we still did not receive our main course..We called the manager and she said we would have our orders soon..I started to have an headache and sisters hubby and we told the manager leave the main and dessert and to bring our bill because the food was taking to long..Our dishes from the starter was still on the table and the waiter did not check on us. When the food arrived about 13:25 my hubby's ribs was burned to the bone..Again called the manager she apologished and brought my hubby a bigger plate of ribs,but the damage done.We ask for our desserts and take it home.The service was bad/pathetic.. 40/50min waiting on food.Total day ruined
