Worst Meal I ever had

My daughter and I visited the Rodeo spur in Claremont on Sunday 24-01-2016 and I must say it was the worst restaurant experience I ever had and the sad part is money spent on bad food and the service also not that great. You know sometimes you can overlook bad service when you had a really tasty meal but I must say that it was worst meal I ever had. I was recommended the special on menu and I thought yeah let's take this because it looks like good deal, gosh was it DISAPPOINTING! My meat was burnt, dry and had no taste at all. We actually fought over who was going to take the doggy bag because neither of us wanted it. What I can't seem to understand as I see so many complaints about Spur is why don't they do something about the poor service and bad food because these are main complaints you hear about! I am a quiet person and don't like putting up a scene so I normally just walk out when I have a bad restaurant experience and don't go back but this was pathetic that I have to voice my opinion because they just carry on with business as normal and in my opinion it is wrong.
