Worst meal and experience ever

I went to for lunch at Spur in Jacaranda centre on 28/04/2016, got there, sat down and after 15 min no person had come to take my order , I eventually got up and walked to the door and asked for serves , ordered a cheddamelt steak, and very clearly asked for a well done steak and cheese souse on the side , after about 30min the steak came , no cheese on top and no souse at all !! Asked the waiter what now? she then came back with the slice of cheese and the cheese souse , started eating the steak and it was almost row , paid and left , what disgusting serves and waist of money
