Worst food ive ever eaten

Good Day, As a Regular customer of Spur 3 colleague's and I decided it was a no brainer to get spur on PAY day as we usually do, We got us the 4 burgers to go from Mr D and was absolutely appalled by the disgusting food we received from spur in Mowbray all the burgers were burnt... not 1 not 2 not 3 BUT ALL 4i advised my colleague's that this particular spur was a bad choice and just like that my words were warmer than the food we were served Never again will I buy from you and I will most definitely advise the rest of my colleague's not to either, How do you as a manager allow food that's not up to par to leave your kitchens? have you no pride in what you set forth to people who are paying a full price? Charcoal would have tasted better
