Worst Food and Service Ever

<p>I visited the Spur in kenilworth Centre on Saturday with my kids and was totally appauled by the entire experience.</p> <p>Firstly we were seated at a dirty table , the waitor came and cleaned it up for us shortly after and also after taking our order asked us to move tables because they had booked out that section. We then moved across the floor , to tables right next to the kitchen.</p> <p>Sitting there , the manager kept screaming and swearing at the staff and although i couldnt see them , it was extremely loud and vulgar , at one point he shouted , " I asked you for a F*#cking beef burger". This is supposedly a family restuarant , my little one who is 9 was with us , how is that inciting any family values?</p> <p>Next thing , he approaches the staff at the cooldrink bar which is directly behind the table and repeats this behaviour , kicking a box or whatever was lying on the floor? This is a poor example of management and must be addressed as according to the waiter and manager who i spoke to , its not the first occurence.</p> <p>The food that was served was terrible. The portion sizes at this specific branch has decreased noticeably!</p> <p>The food was cold when we got it , my roll had been toasted as it clearly wasnt fresh , i even checked for mould just incase and crumbled on the plate. The spinach was terrible , not creamy at all like i am used to.</p> <p>Visiting there has left a bitter taste in my mouth , I frequent your business quite often but dont think I will return in a hurry atleast not to that branch. It was a complete waste of my money and daughters birthday meal voucher :-(</p>
