Worst experience Tokai spur at McDonald's

Tokai spur...... I took my son and mother to spur.... Unfortunately the only person who enjoyed it was my son....

The 1st round of drinks was wrong.... In the first 2 hours I saw my waiter 2 times.... Crumbed mushrooms took 40 min to come, then I still had to stand up to look for cutlery and sauce....

Had 2 ask several people to order mains and milkshake... The Barone shake was watery and the other one had banana in told me was to look pretty by the waiter so again wrong order.... The mains aventually came also one of the items wrong as well.....

So that's the last time Tokai Spur will see me..... I'm in the same industry and this is just not acceptable.....
