Worst experience i ever had from a restaurant

I would like to express how disappointing an very unhappy I am in the food I received at Sun Coast spur. I took my partner for the read deal to sun coast expecting to enjoy eating at Spur. myself and my partner went out for lunch and how dissapointed we were. i ordered the ribs and chicken and when receiving it was dry and barely any basting/sauce on the ribs or chicken.My main course meal was ready before my starter not even 5 mins after ordering my starter ,The onion rings was burned. i called for the manager< Charity >come up to the table and i explained her that the Ribs had no taste and the onion rings are burned she tell me that is how the meal is served , i have asked if she will eat this meal the way is and she said yes the onion rings is crispy,so i have offer her to eat it and then she NO she can not have the meal.It was the worst experience i ever had from a restaurant.The manager asked for my cellphone number and i never receive a call for 3 days , i will never recommend any family or friends to visit SUPR at Sun coast .
