Worst Experience Ever At Karenpark Spur!!!!

<p>My family and i always go to Karenpark Spur, we're definitely fond of the place and we usually get excellent service. </p> <p> </p> <p>Last night we went to spur during the evening, our waiters name was Adija( if that's spelt correctly). He's service was .... OK. We generally very friendly and he kept giving off awkward unfriendly vibes which really put us off to start with. The waiter takes our orders and my grandmother opted for their hot veg as her side My grandmother is the hugest fan of their pumpkin and creamed spinach veg as her choice of sides. The waiter then tells us that its pumpkin and green beans today , so we asked why don't they have the spinach , he rep**** by saying "i don't know" which is a rather poor explanation to give to a customer . Fair enough . She hesitantly settled on chips as her side. We asked to see the manager to find out why they don't have spinach because the waiter couldn't awnser us. A man by the name of Maxwell came. He told us that 'they changed the menu , they trying new things because people are not a fan of the spinach ". But in there menu/special boards when they say hot veg they have pictures of the pumpkin and spinach! So it's very strange they change the so called menu but not the pictures on the menu! We then recieved our meals. The chips and onion wrings tasted rubbery and cold! I was super upset as they where not even busy last night ! I find it totally unacceptable!! We then requested for the manager again to tell them about the cold food and this time a man named Corne had come to assist us. He did replace the onion rings and chips. He was very friendly and sympathetic as well. We then asked him why there isn't spinach and he tells us a completely different story than what Maxwell told us! He says they unfortunately ran out of stock but they will have it on our next visit ! I'm utterly upset that i heard so many different stories about the menu ! I'm extremely upset at the level of customer service because clearly one of the so called managers had **** to us which is utterly dishonest. I'm terribly disappointed. I would never want to go back to Karenpark Spur ever! After 7 good years I spent with them I'm certain it will be my last visit! </p> <p> </p> <p>After the waiter came with the bill he took our card payment. I then asked him to use our spur family card . He took it away and just left it on the table without telling us if he used it or not! Still waiting to see the points for our visit !</p> <p> </p> <p>We where definitely **** to by one of the superiors which disgusts me . The waiter himself was gloomy. I'm just terribly upset. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Will not visit you guys ever again !!</p> <p> </p>
