WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Went to Spur last night. We were served by Lawrence. Got in, and the manager told us to choose a table. It was 4 of us, and they brought 3 menus and promised to bring a fourth. Nothing. Anyway Lawrence took our drinks order, which took 15 minutes. At this point we also asked that the sauces be replenished as the bottle (Salad and fry sauce) was empty. That is not even the issue. We ordered 4 burgers (It was the buy one get one free special), and it took 40 minutes to be served. The restaurant was not even busy. The sauce was not provided. The burgers were dry, tasteless and overcooked. We had to ask another waitress to bring us the sauce. Lawrence never once checked up on us. We had to ask another waiter to bring our bill. The bill was incorrect. Eventually that got sorted out. At the front desk where we paid, I told the lady that the service (and Lawrence) was beyond pathetic. Her response - "Thanks for your honesty". We dine at this Spur a lot. Never again.
