Worst experience!!!!

I will never step foot into GRAND WEST SPUR AGAIN. We decided to take our almost kid out for the afternoon and because it was so hot why not be inside and let him play.. but we were so mistaken for this choice, no covid protocol was followed in the play area, kids were pushing him and jumping over and running him down, he could barely move, the child minder said he should be followed by by husband as "his to small and needs a parent with him at all times" which has never ever happened at any other spur which is why we go to spur because he loves the play areas but it was impossible to even move in this one, to top it off when we got up and left the lady who works there still argued with me as if I should have left my son in the chaos and continue to get hurt!!!!
