Worst experience at Silverfalls Spur, Hartees

I went to Silverfalls Spur Restaurant in Hartsbeersport, on my birthday. After travelling for a long distance to enjoy my day, l was quiet shocked by the manner in which Armstrong the waiter received us.

I could see that he was disappointed to have us as guests, he never introduced himself. He was always in hurry and impatient with us. The food came with extremely bad quality and as a regular client for spur for a long time, l had to ask him as to what happened to good quality and right portions. Without any apology or remorse, he responded to us that it was it is because as a waiter he has no control of what happens in the kitchen. We demanded to see the Manager, an African gentleman called Periperi who came and handled our matter in a professional way. We were satisfied with how he immediately replaced our food.

We later requested Armstrong to sing for us their usual birthday so, we waited and waited till we decided to leave. This is one of my worst birthday experiences and never will l recommend anyone to this Spur again- very bad experience.
