Worst Experiance Ever

My Husband and I with our 3 friends went to Baywest Mall Spur to get breakfast and check out the new mall on 24 May 15.But what an experiance that was.We took our seat @9h00 and waited for our waitress/waiter to introduce themselve but no one came for 15 minutes.We then asked 3 times for a waiter and got our order in.We ordered the bottomless coffee and had to ask twice where our coffee was and waited over 20 minutes just to get that cup of coffee and our order took even longer.When our food eventually came it was wrong.So we sent evrything back and cancelled everything.That was the worst, We will never go there again.They were unprofessional and it looked like they did not know what they were doing or who needs to do what there.Wheren't they supposed to be trained beforehand.I mean first impression is the most important to get your clients to come back to you.I will be telling all my friends and family not to waste their time or money to go there.
