Worst Ever Experience !

On 01 January, my family, friends and myself visited the Spur outlet at Amajuba Mall in Newcastle. My family rushed in to make it in time for the breakfast which ends at 11am. I've rushed in there at 11:14. When we ordered the bfast special, we were rudely told its stopped at 11am. The manager then came over and said the system blocks any bfast specials at 11am. I mean seriously, it was New Years Day. Take the day into context and don't lose business. We were 10 people, and we looked forward to this. 14 minutes over and there is no way we could be served. Also, the waitress helping us, were very ***********. She took the order but never came around to the other end of the table to take two more peoples' order. We had to call her back 10 minutes later to please take our drink order as well. Absolutely bad service. I am from Johannesburg, visited my folks in Newcastle. In Johannesburg the manager actually care for big tables and don't just say NO ! Anyway, clearly Newcastle Spur wont see me or my family again.
