Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Today I have experienced the worst customer service in my whole life. I am not one to get annoyed easily, but today I was fuming. Me and my family visited Indigo Spur streak ranch, and please note I do understand that the place is full and I need to wait for my orders, but a 40min wait for our drink order and no one coming up to us and apologising for wait. Then another hour for the food. I was so disappointed in the service I got from my waitress.
