WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT!!!!!

My husband and I went to spent on the 24 March 2024, We ordered food which comes with chips and onion rings, I requested the waiter to remove onion rings and substitute with chips as I always do, The waiter comes back and inform me that spur @ springs mall does not substitute. I asked her to go ask again as I always eat there and I know that they normally add a small portion of chips to replace the onion rings, she goes and call her manager who literacy told us that they won't serve us any better bcs he counts the stock and us getting substitutes is the reason why they are always short of stock, My husband and I tried to make sense to him however he was on his high horses, he literally told us that we can leave as he wont do anything about it. We left without settling the drinks,and my husband's meal. I'm puzzled on what kind of managers does spur put in place, he is *********** how can he allow clients to leave bcs of substitutes. My husband and I then drove to springs gate and I got good customer service, they even explained that if I do not want anything on the plate they do substitute.
