Worst customer service and take aways

Absolutely terrible takeaway service 1. No condiments 2. They put coke loose in take away bag (all food full of coke) 3. Kept food at counter, was extremely cold once i picked it up.

Customer service was just a front.

So i contacted customer service, with a call from the manager with a promise of an ecard/ voucher... then later a follow up call, asking if i was satisfied.

Which i then said yes to... but so much for that voucher. Never received any follow up. Guess its just to stop you from complaining, and then no voucher.

Probably were not going to use voucher, but the ethics around promises, which dont get kept, sounds all to fami**** in SA.

I thought you might want to know this, as perhaps the problem is with the manager.

Please don’t call me for follow up, as I already disliked it speaking to the manager, as his tone was not an apologetic one, but rather of irritation that he has to phone me.
