Worst customer service

<p>Had the most horrible experience at Spur Ottery, we walked into the store at 9:45 the waitress in front advised us to go and take a seat where we please. The waiter will come and assits you. We take a seat on a empty table,placing my two little kids and browsing tbt menu, a lady walks towards our table and claiming that it's her table she placed the order here already. But there was no cutlery,s****s or even menu on the table. We questioned the waitress she advised us NO we can go and be seated there is no problem. Then the manager comes to us and tells us we need to move as she placed the order but have no proof as yet. Clearly this store doesn't know how to manage customers or even their staff. Worst store to go to is Spur Ottery, people rather go to Dodge,MCD or Spur observatory. This store is pathetic. The store manager is so busy he cares a **** about their customers. </p>
