Worst by far at Silva arrow spur

I am utterly dismayed and disappointed with the appalling service I received at Arrow Ridge Spur. The inexcusable delays, blatant mismanagement, and unprofessional staff have left an indelible mark on my dining experience.

We waited an agonizing 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food, leaving my children famished and exhausted. The culinary catastrophe was further compounded when, after an hour of ordering, we were informed that our chosen dishes were unavailable. A series of probing questions later, the staff miraculously 'found' the items. The manager's demeanor was curt and unapologetic, adding insult to injury.

As a loyal customer, I am shocked and disheartened by the gross misrepresentation of the Spur brand at this establishment. I implore the management to take immediate action to rectify these egregious issues and restore the reputation of this once-beloved franchise.

Until then, I shall not set foot in this establishment again and shall share my horrific experience with fellow diners.
