worse treatment at spur as worker

I work at a new spur that was just opened at Sandton city mall .We are just treated like piece of **** .since the store was opened when we get our commission there are so many things they deduct that are not even allowed by the spur head office , We earn peanuts and they take some money from those peanuts we get when we have families to take care of .When we try to talk to the Oparations mananger Mr Tumi he cant give us right answers and he tells us that the door is opened for us to go if we cant comply with their terms and conditions .there are no jobs in South Africa but someone wants to kick us out for a simple thing like that.Since we have been complaining about our problems some of us are even suspended because they just want to prove a point .I wish i can get help from you guys or if i can get a way on how i can contact the labour department it will be great
